    This is me exactly 2 years ago, proudest day of my life, the day I bought my first home. Today I got to mark 2 years in my first home by watching 320 Tory MPs vote to force me into paying ruinous bills to fix defects installed when I was 11 years old 🤦🏼‍♀️

    Just found out a fellow leaseholder in my building has been hospitalised 4 times due to suicide attempts. She lost her job last year and can’t afford WW let alone any other costs.

    Speakers in the HoL getting more and more sassy and fed up every time this bill goes back to a vote. Government must step up and do something.

  15. Remember I mention my sis' home is one of those impacted by the tories voted down 3x for builders to pay? She needs to pay >£10K cladding remedy cost + maintenance double yearly as bldg insurance rise. She just can't afford to pay!

    I now have found out that not only the cladding is unsafe but also the balconies are unsafe and although do not belong to any of the leaseholders the charges for this will be put onto the service charge as apparently they are common areas.. feel sick!
