    Just found out a fellow leaseholder in my building has been hospitalised 4 times due to suicide attempts. She lost her job last year and can’t afford WW let alone any other costs.

    Remember I mention my sis' home is one of those impacted by the tories voted down 3x for builders to pay? She needs to pay >£10K cladding remedy cost + maintenance double yearly as bldg insurance rise. She just can't afford to pay!

    I now have found out that not only the cladding is unsafe but also the balconies are unsafe and although do not belong to any of the leaseholders the charges for this will be put onto the service charge as apparently they are common areas.. feel sick!

    If had made it legislation in the then he can ‘order it’, unfortunately all he can do is ask.

    "Robert Jenrick has ordered "full remediation" to begin on Monday at New Providence Wharf, after a fire broke out on Friday at the block." It shouldn't take a fire for the government to take action.
