The case of a raped & murdered 14 y old girl has caused outrage in Germany. The body of Susanna
#Feldman was found close to a railway track near a refugee camp. Her killer, 20 y old Iraqi asylum seeker Ali Bashar, has left for Iraq. Emotions are also running high in parliament pic.twitter.com/0V3lueRoQX -
Interesting to read about the differences in gastric acid secretion in the human body between thought, sight, smell, and taste of appetizing food. The thought of something tasty was found to have the greatest impact on gastric acid secretion.

When my firm dues Corey Feldman we won’t make money from the case. It will cost us time and money. But we want to STOP this scam artist and uncover the child rapists he may be protecting

Taste is not the only thing that can trigger the cephalic phase of digestion in humans. Did you know that thinking, seeing, and smelling can also cause acid secretion and serum gastric contractions in response to these stimuli? Hungry yet?

#Feldman come and watch Corey Feldman and his disgusting treatment of Corey Haim....All broken down to see https://twitter.com/bobbywolfe/status/996566841614065664 … -

@UofGFoodProf Imagine eating toasted bread, stuffed with tender chicken, melted cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and a variety of crisp veggies on top. According to#Feldman, discussion of food increases acid secretion. Did I trigger your cephalic response?#FOOD2150 -
The meaning of abuse of office is clear: it's when the president uses the power of his office to further his own personal and political interests instead of those of the people. This is an impeachable offense.

The thought, sight and smell of food, increases the secretion of gastric acid during the cephalic phase. It would be interesting to see what the response would be if someone is completely full and feeling disgusted by the thought of more food.

@UofGFoodProf#food2150#feldman This 1986 study found that just the thought of food alone can increase the output of gastric acid. It would be very interesting to test how desensitized to this we get, and how effective distracting thoughts are for suppressing the reaction. -
To all of my adorable, precious, amazing & loving
#Feldman family!! Happy Thanksgiving!! Love you ALL!!

Our stomach often gets triggered during Prof. Michael’s class because the thoughts of food are relatively provoked. This cephalic phase can thus elicit acid secretion and serum gastrin concentrations even without food intake!

The human body is capable of secreting gastric acid (~1/3 of all the acids secreted when a meal is consumed) when you see, smell, and taste but most significantly when you think about food.
#Food2150 definitely makes the whole class secrete acid!!#UofGuelphFoodProf#FeldmanPrikaži ovu nit -
#HorrorRoles:#TommyJarvis:#Movie:#Fridaythe13th4 (1984):#Actor:#CoreyFeldman: Though this was#Feldman's 1st movie, his acting was a triumph. Tommy Jarvis was the 1st person to kill#JasonVoorhees, & 2nd & 3rd. That's why I think of parts 4, 5, & 6 as the Tommy Jarvis Trilogy.pic.twitter.com/zBjVeWIYqW

Exposure to pictures of calorie dense foods induces gastric acid secretion and triggers unhealthy cravings. Could similar advertisement of fruit and vegetables combat the obesity epidemic by encouraging consumption of nutritious foods?

In a 1986 study, it was determined that the discussion or thought of food for only 30 minutes is enough to trigger an increase of gastric acid output. Could mentioning “biscuit” or “treat” to your dog have the same effect?
