    This is a valid concept. However, I fear this would result in even less POC representing our police forces. College is becoming increasingly expensive so, realistically, many POC would miss out on the opportunity to even try to become cops. Unless.. 👀

    Police officers need to have a degree before the put that badge on. They need to study psychology, human development, criminology, sociology..giving ppl a gun and a little combat training and sending them into neighborhoods is not safe.
