    Nothing beats for editing, it is by far more advanced than anything else and more pleasant to use. But Resolve is the better post production finishing tool, Compositing in Fusion Audio in Fairlight Color grading on the Color page Resolve does beat Apple there.

    Being forced to edit in Resolve is not good for my soul... it is CLEARLY an inferior tool.

    Finally upgraded RX from 7 to 8 after realized the voice de-noise wasn’t rendering out in . RX8 works great now.

    Waiting game! I couldn’t figure out why my video is flickering/flashing green after exporting using ⁦⁩ on a Macbook Pro M1 laptop so I had to go change my timeline to 4k but of course, ridiculously exported enormous GB 😩🤯 Kill me now!!!

    One of my biggest problems with is the lack of control when it comes to keyframes, specifically with easing. Luckily, there is a way to fix the terrible keyframing in with a Plugin called AddMotion. 😄

    Only just discovered you can do this in FCPX - export as a small video file using the Apple Devices setting. In an age when you have to share viewing copies on dropbox...etc this saves vital memory space and time uploading. Can you get it smaller still?

    Thread on speech to text transcription for Final Cut Pro, including a YouTube hack I hadn’t heard of before.

    My current process is to let Microsoft Group Transcribe create a transcription, clean up the transcription, use a custom app to break the transcription into subtitle size blocks of text.
