  7. Middlemarch took George Eliot five years to complete. Luckily those in Nuneaton only have to wait until January 2020 to see the manuscript, as it travels from Coventry to Nuneaton Museum from January – March 2020.

  10. The only known surviving handwritten copy of George Eliot’s Middlemarch has now arrived in Nuneaton in Warwickshire, where it will stay until March 2020. Make sure you don’t miss it!
