    People of money need to follow to see just how fortunate they are. 3 million have had little or no income from anywhere for well over a year. It mustn't be allowed to continue. The result is 23 suicides - broken relationships and people having to sell homes.

    If they can afford £130bn for nuclear missiles, they can afford £5bn to give our NHS heroes the 15% pay rise they’re owed.

    As the UK slowly comes out of lockdown, please know that 3m are still in crippling debt, because refused to provide any financial support throughout the pandemic. We continue to suffer. We continue to struggle. And we will continue to lobby for support.

    Even now, swathes of are in sectors yet to reopen - including performing arts, events and, like himself, tourism - and still unable to earn. Others are struggling to compete and rebuild under increased overheads and staggering debts. 3/

    PLEASE don't rush past this tweet. The group have now lost 23 who have taken their own lives because they couldn't carry on without financial support. It is time for those that can correct this to act.

    This is from a man who PURPOSFULLY abandoned 3.8 million UK taxpayers/small businesses during this pandemic with no financial support. If his constant blathering on about how he has helped business wasn't so f*cking insulting it would be laughable.

    Our Plan for Jobs is working – following the comprehensive package we put in place, almost 2 million fewer people are expected to be out of work than initially forecast, and the UK economy is in a strong position to grow quickly as we emerge from the pandemic.
