    have taken £110 from my credit card without informing me why. It turns out to be a parking offence at a conference for which I was registered. I am contesting this but will NEVER hire from or its partner again. So beware!

    And the terrible experience seems to continue. And now a 344€ bill for the "scratched" dirty car they rented me. to the rescue? Feel free to share wide and far...

    🚗 Terrible . First they give us a car that wasn't cleaned so we couldn't verify if it was scratched/damaged then they say we scratched it. Bravo 👏🏻
