A7. To minimise distractions you may have to start work while others are sleeping

A8 I think we will end up with a hybrid work and home and some days at the office model, there are good benefits for both employee and employers
#EngagORS -
A6. I think it is a good thing on the whole. It's certainly a good thing that it is more accepted and therefore the option is there, even if it might not be the most effective option at certain times.

A2 Too much of either hard work or rest can lead to an imbalance that isn’t healthy for a business
#EngagORS -
A4 Fistly, the panic and stress a business has that constantly is “fighting fires” ends up with high staff stress and an ever decreasing productivity levels, use this to promote change

A7 An office environment is set up for work, good desk, lighting, equipment, minimum distractions, try and emulate this at home as much as you can

Q8 Do you think we are starting to see a permanent shift in how we work? Is the office an endangered species?
#EngagORS pic.twitter.com/opvBhZ51AV
-
A8. I think we are seeing a permanent shift, but towards more of a balance. There is still a place for an office - or somewhere where people can gather to work and be together - but it doesn't have to be the default and only option.
#EngagORS -
A2. I do agree very much - you can't sustain the hard work without the rest in between. You'll keep putting the hours in but get less and less work done. Rest time is just as productive as working time and should be planned in the same way.

Q6 Is the trend to a more work from home business culture a good thing?

Some are luckier. But it isn’t true that more and more hours of work = better outcome.
