    I've never understood why my flat is worth £0 but my insurance bill is through the roof. Why would anyone take out insurance on something that is valued at £0, Or better question why are we leaseholders being forced to? 😭

    The sense of anger felt very real today at the protest. People have lost their homes and has said nothing about paying to sort out the dodgy issues that still plague . It’s time to pay up.

    The only figure that we as innocent leaseholders deserve is 100% funding, no loopholes, no barriers, no deadlines.
