    0928 & there are 82 or so in front of me in my queue still. Been here since a little after 0800 but we didn't start on time. My stream is the most orderly of the 3 here it seems. Few complaints but people in good spirits still. One woman is offering to cook lunch 😅

    These are the 8 EVCCs open today. Anyone who hasn’t returned their absentee ballot should hand deliver their properly signed and sealed ballots to any EVCC or drop box.
