    Spain: In November elections, Liberal Cs (RE) lost over half of its voters vs. April elections. Plurality of the losses didn't vote, many moved to PP (EPP) and Vox (ECR) Vox's gains were also fuelled by newcomers from PSOE (S&D) and PP. Turnout decreased.

    Spain has had 4 elections in 4 years. And still no stability in sight. The Socialists won the most seats, but the Congress is even more fragmented than it was on the last elections. This will make it even harder to form a strong government.
