    This stuff is scary and disheartening. I vividly remember the first time I opened their mag and fully realized it was a pub for me and created by people who look like me. As a freelancer, missing checks is no joke. Do right thing. Pay your creatives.

  15. Myself and the other writers in the lawsuit are finally going to get paid! Just got word of our settlement, which says we're going to get paid by the end of the year. Bittersweet, but glad this is close to finally being over. S/O to for having our backs!
