    made me think of Finland's "plate dispute" (lautaskiista) in the '90s and '00s. The issue was who should represent 🇫🇮 in 🇪🇺 meetings (i.e., PM, President or both) and the number of plates that 🇫🇮 should have during EUCO dinners. Protocol politics is fascinating.
