    Since the grid isn't owned by , have you checked with the owners and those who profit from the grid. Then again, I hear it isn't the grid, but a number of generating plants are down and not supplying the grid with electricity which could cause outages.

    Today's peak forecast is a mind boggling 71.9GW. Record summer peak was 74.8 (Aug19). Renewables again expected ~30GW on peak. Without & today, likely there would be outages, or we'd need 100+GW of thermal & costs would be through the roof.
