    I’ve been prioritizing and constitutional and civil rights for women and children in my impact litigation work for 30 years. None of the mainstream women’s groups, rape crisis programs, domestic violence programs, etc. does this. We need to start holding THEM accountable.

    This letter from the ABA is NOT helpful. It says we need Congress to remove the deadline after VA ratifies. WRONG! And it’s dangerous to make such a claim. The ABA knows better than most that the deadline issue will be litigated in the courts the moment VA ratifies.
