    Here you can see that the recommends what the findings of that study (which has been misrepresented by Nina) recommend, i.e., more WHOLE plant foods. That doesn't mean fat or animal foods (types vary) are inherently unhealthy. Plant foods (types vary) are not either.

    All the data in this are either outdated or grossly flawed. The 'experts' are non-experts. Wallace is a blogger who wrote the study is wrong because neglecting the choline in animal foods could have serious health consequences. Wallace also promotes dairy. A lot.

    And maybe should reconsider having its dept. chair as world's leading advocacy for vegan diet? Or $100Ks in nut funding (coinciding w/ many papers promoting nuts?) Or legacy of silencing science? Let's agree shutting down science not OK
