    You're leaving out facts: 1. What else did do? How many years was he on death row? Was his appeals exhausted? 2. Did have a trial? 3. How many years has been in jail? Is he on death row? Has his appeals be am exhausted?

    It's not & that signify 2 different legal systems in the US. It is SPECIFICALLY TX & MO western district. Those 2 areas send the most ppl 2 of any of the circuit courts. Roof WAS sentenced 2 death, but the story is even bigger than these 2

    - the death penalty needs a major review. While I see trending along side of Brandon Bernard, Roof has not exhausted all of his appeals. Let’s be clear, many conservatives have changed their view on the death Penalty
