    The Illinois State Senate just voted for most anti-police bill in our lifetime. HB3453 (was HB163) passed the IL Senate 32-23 (AT 5AM) & heading back to IL House. introduced 700-page bill at 4AM & said it would be voted on in an hour (5AM) - while most of you were sleeping
