    is 28% White, 26% Hispanic, 23% Black & 16% Asian (2016 ACS), but one wouldn't know it from looking at its political & cultural life. Hispanics have been in Califas since 1542 & Asians since 1587, respectively, but we're forever the 'outsiders.'

    100% cosign. If we had ombudswoman 2 years ago, those of us fighting for more forums or fairness in addressing data breach or superdelegate shenanigans would've had a place to go for redress. In light of , must add Human Resources to this council.

    Member Zogby proposes creation of a ombudsman council which will be elected by the members to address violations of policy as defined.
