    Why are 55% of RECEs making under $18/hr? Why are 12% of RECE supervisors and home visitors earning under $20/hr? ON needs another 9,000 ECEs to staff planned expansion. Does it seriously think a $1/hour wage hike will solve the ECE shortage!?

    should be more than just a slogan-it must be the foundation of equitable & concerted public policies. Govts must prioritize decent work thru💪 legislation & equitable policies to ensure that children receive the high-quality they deserve
