Here’s the thing. The premise and the intention of the SkinWhite #DarkorWhiteisBeautiful campaign is good. We all want to stop the stigma that you have to be maputi in order to be called beautiful. But I would be lying if I say that it was well-executed. It was not.
Wala bang mag-uupload dyan ng SkinWhite #DarkOrWhiteIsBeautiful campaign deck? For reference lang on the execution.
I mean, if you want to spark a conversation about a sensitive issue, at least do it right, properly, and appropriately. Hahaha.
#DarkOrWhiteIsBeautiful bandwagon because I am extremely annoyed at how people are reacting negatively. The message is pretty clear and empowering. Ang daming tanga sa world! Jirita! 🤣
So, uh, SkinWhite, a whitening product just released an advocacy campaign called #DarkOrWhiteIsBeautiful. How hypocritical of a skin whitening brand... (Worse they've darkened their models' skins for shits and giggles. Oh boy.)
The most painful and utterly funny moment of the #DarkorWhiteisBeautiful campaign is that they paid (or did they?) the royalties to use Christina’s Beautiful.
Sayang sa pera. Sana inisip pa ng malala the execution.
guys grow up kahit na nagbebenta sila ng whitening product doesn't mean na dapat maputi! look at the hashtag #DarkorWhiteisBeautiful !! ppl beautiful it is not about the product anymore! it is about accepting and loving your own skin! 😑
