    Grandma "Drink Machine" died Friday night. Ask about that nickname sometime. Things I learned from her. 1) In bowling, straight balls are better than hooks. 2) Pepsi is better than Coke. 3) There is dignity in any job that pays a fair wage.

    Work can be tough. A way to make things better -- continually ask 2 questions of your clients, or boss. 1⃣ What am I doing right? 2⃣ What could I do better? Ask, listen & adjust. 🗣👂🦸‍♂️ Then, things will likely get easier.

    Both goals and objectives are valuable and needed. But, don't confuse the two. 🚙Think of a goal as driving to California. Think of objectives as all the turns and stops it will take to get you there.🗺

    👥 In business and relationships, conversation is key. So, before you go meet with that person, take time to make sure you are asking open ended questions. 🙆‍♂️🙅‍♂️Nothing shuts down sharing like a series of "yes" or "no" questions.❓❓❓

    Weekly planner biz growth: Mon -> determine who to contact. Tues -> decide how & draft words. Wed -> finalize the words. Thurs -> email, call or send letter. Fri -> schedule follow up. Do that for a year & growth is inevitable.
