    PCSO Sarah has been visiting residents of New Road the last 2 shifts due to Bogus Distraction Burglary that occurred 6/05/19. The male gained access & said he was dealing with a major water leak. When questioned further by the owner the male left empty handed

    PCSO Eccleston has been doing foot patrol around Upton Grange this morning following reports of vehicles parked obstructing the pavement, all in order today but we will continue to monitor the area.

    Please take note of some security advice regarding bogus callers. Although I haven’t been aware of any in the Handbridge area recently, colleagues from other beat areas have recently had a number of jobs for this type of activity.
