Stop pacing for privilege in equity work. Stop fluffing the work up to make it more palatable to white fragility. Equity work can’t happen where deficit mindsets reign. We are not fixing people who are marginalized but the conditions that marginalize people. #ClearTheAir

The biggest challenge of racial equity work in schools is that most of it is being done at the pace of the people with the least amount of interest in it getting done. This lack of a sense of urgency is a failure of leadership. -@pgorski #ClearTheAir
