  14. This case was a huge surprise for us . I’ve never seen a histologically proven regress spontaneously. The patient was taking several supplements so one may hold the key to finding a cure.

  17. The diagnosis is a metastatic pleomorphic , i.e. carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma. Sure does look like a , including S100+, but brachyury isn't nuclear. FGFR1-PLAG1 fusions are found in pleomorphic adenoma, not chordomas.

  19. Trying to help a loved with their chronic, somewhat debilitating, and still undiagnosed condition makes me properly appreciate (albeit to a limited degree), how difficult it must have been for my parents before, during, and after I had treatment. Caregiving is hard.
