    This plan incentivizes shared ride-hail and discourages ride-hail where congestion and quality transit options are concentrated. Funds will support bus improvements on the S/W sides. This program will make transit more equitable and benefit our air quality.

    When more Chicagoans , more riders will see lower fares on true rideshares, more equity in transportation options, and more clean air. That's what my proposed ride-share congestion pricing aims to accomplish, and why it's the right thing to do.
