    Plan Commission approves a 35-story tower with 75 residential condos at 40 W. Oak St. The developer of the $165 million project will pay $1.37 million into the system and $1.9 million into the Affordable Housing Opportunity Fund.

    We're in Austin celebrating the opening of the Kehrein Center for the Arts, a 1,000-seat auditorium built by Circle Rock School at 5608 W. Washington. Supported by a $1 million grant, the performance venue will serve the school and other neighborhood organizations

    Commission OKs 25-story, 281-unit building at 1400 W. Randolph. The developer will pay $2.7 million into the system. Per the ARO pilot, the developer will offer 27 affordable units on site and 27 affordable units off site, currently planned for 1926 W. Harrison.
