    Beaming people with microwaves to target them and harm them and not just track them IS SINISTER, unless you're a raging psychopath who thinks that's fine and okay. Are you that Jeff?.. THAT WAS THE POINT OF THE WHISTLE-BLOWING VIDEO. I thought that was kinda obvious..

    Did you see the part about how is very precise and selective on how and who it targets? Not everyone gets the same.. regardless of an overall environment. That one example shows how it can target.. Just like . Get it? obviously.

    Hilarious. Doesn't alter the fact that is a reality that can track & beam people with microwaves. Doesn't alter the reality that "passive radar" is a reality. It also doesn't alter the reality houses can be shielded w/ carbon paint & devises can use WIRED connections.

    Imagine if Towers & 'Hidden Transmitters' within the infrastructure could Track You, Watch You and Beam You with Microwaves.. Why imagine it, it's REAL it's NOT NEW and it is quite clearly one method of many to Harm & Control people by Stealth.

    I can't speak for the authenticity of this video but here's something similar, presumably claiming to be the tracking and target beaming system that uses cell towers. I have personally seen similar energy in the past on a previous laptop cam..

    And that should include the sinister use of programs such as that can be used to beam people with frequencies from transmitters... and systems that utilize satellites to beam down on areas and people. Everything electromagnetic & frequencies needs to be investigated.

    Could 'track'...or is? AI isn't some future Orwellian dream.. It already tracks & beams people via towers & Satellites. The grid is already in place for this & the system is just 1 example. The question is, what do humans have w/in them to make all this tracking easier..
