    So close to my goal of 20 by the end of the year. Underhand already got there but 0.5 more to go for overhand... 47 year old meat bag fueled by meat. Stronger than I was at 25 thanks to and discipline despite being sick, fat and flabby at 46 to start 2018.

    This is exactly my experience as well, Dave. Since switching from low-plant keto to last summer I can eat much more protein, have higher ketones, and my glucose is rock-steady. Oh, and despite being 54 and peri-menopausal, I've lost 22 pounds "without trying."

    I did keto for a week and lost 5 pounds. I have switched to a carnivore only diet. I will track my body fat percentage & weight loss in this diet. I will stay grinding & go through this diet till the end of the month tracking all my results

    I have no idea how much meat I eat or how much fluid I drink. The simplicity of is my favourite thing. I do not have time for complicated rules. Just fuel up and go is my philosophy these days.
