    Here's one for May 2018-June 2019. 280-185, 2XL to M. No actual work involved. If it didn't have a face, or come from something with a face, I didn't eat it. It's that easy.

    Hubby wasn’t in the mood for regular steak, so I made this creation for him: pan-seared ribeye and crispy smoked bacon bits, all topped broiled mozzarella cheese. 🥩🥓🧀 Rave reviews!

    I took out things like cream in my coffee and keto treats, added intermittent fasting and the scale started moving again. I still haven’t started exercising yet and I’m down 44 lbs. I eat till I’m full and don’t count calories or track macros. I eat meat.

    You can live off 2 🐄 deaths per year Much less than the thousands of species 🐇🐀🐦🐿🐁🦔🐊🦎🐍🐢 killed through agriculture. Which really does less harm?

    Daily reminder : You don't exercise to lose weight. You lose fat by eating plenty of food without Carbohydrate. You exercise to strengthen and shape your body but most importantly, you exercise because it empowers you to make better food choices.

    Certainly true for me. Almost 7 stone down. A1C dropped from 108 to 30. Chronic migraine vanished.

    15 months Every morning, for I don’t know how long, I used to cough like an 80 year old cigar smoker on their way to the grave. Tears streaming down my face, coughing my lungs out for half an hour. It’s gone. Put that on the list ! (Not a smoker)

    I just ate four eggs over easy, six pieces of bacon and two sausages with my bullet proof coffee. Now I’m laying out by the pool. Do most girls go to a breakfast buffet before laying out?
