We can't comment yet on this avoidable death at a HC-One #carehome but whistleblowers' evidence is that often insufficient Staff are on duty to keep Residents safe, eg at a #Pembrokeshire home the Nurse had told managers he had to lock some Residents in rooms for their own safety
