    Tone up and do at the same time! Add 3-5 lbs weights and do a fast paced walk for 10-15 minutes. Two birds with one stone!

  13. We get it. Some people just aren't runners. If you dread the treadmill, but still want to kick ass with cardio, try these moves.

  14. What is vigorous exercise? Excercise that require a higher amount of effort. Get warm and begin to sweat. Talking will put you out of breath!
