    I don't think there is anything the community cannot deal with if they put their mind to it. The problem with the community is that it let's boys /men get away with so much, and then when things get out of control they send them to the system.

    I concur. But some of the variables that lead them to alcohol may be something that we cannot help with individually. It will need collective groups such as the government, the SAPS and other organizations to assist with some issues.
