#CYBERWARCON talk was to highlight the importance and value of offensive security community research & releases. They have value to defenders and attackers of all kind. We encouraged detection & collection on red team TTPs. We are agreeing they’re important. -
#CYBERWARCON talk called “Pride and Prejudice” making an important point: not all influence operations are lofty geopolitically-motivated long-games. Some actions - North Korea SONY hack, Russia’s sporting hacks - were score-settling, target audience was domestic (national pride) -
