  15. Given these new variants emerging & potentially req boosters, is the US Gov planning to ramp up genomic surveillance for new variants? UK/SA/Brazil strains didn't necessarily arise there, but detected there. Will the US keep relying in genomic seq by other countries?

    7/ -if there is a supply issue then need to admit that and focus on fixing that ( asked this question on ) -if it is just too much right now to operationalize a plan for feds, then should be open about that ("we're working on it")

    : will I test positive if I have taken two doses of the vaccine. Testing negative is a requirement for international travel
