Either Florida Sen. Rick Scott is ILLITERATE or he is intentionally DECEPTIVE. On #CNNSOTU he said the government donโ€™t make the economy, businesses do, but then said people donโ€™t like what the Dems have done to the economy. Last time I checked, the Dems were not a business.
