    I personally believe it's important for a community to have a blend of both Online & Offline Initiatives. - Online Communities help you "Go Global". - Offline Communities are more personal and helps you "Go Local". But remember , Interest is what binds them together. 1/

    Ended the week by completing the Community MBA course (not to be confused with my actual MBA)! A great course for looking to fine-tune their strategy, build more robust reporting & better articulate the value of community for internal stakeholders. Def recommend!🙌

    Here's a note for all the out there. Be contactable. You are the public face of the community. The focus should be on your members, but they need to know whom to turn to in case of trouble. They need to know there is someone around to support them and recognise them.

    A3: In a crisis, can be like the Red Cross -- setting up emergency sites and directing employees to resources that help them get through the emergency. But ideally the design and infrastructure is already in place, even if underutilized.

    A6 are central platform f work + + virtual coffee kitchen for all , so can show how numbers have gone up 🚀 (even if windfall). Good make sure that ppl feel & come back, by helping them connect w/ others & find what matters most
