    I find it puzzling why anyone wouldn't believe in prison reform when most of the people are going to be released. People don't want safe streets? Better citizens? A better society? It is a no-brainer.

    Least we forget the dire need to bring to individual States. Trump's action only impact those in Federal facilities which represents a little bit less than 1/3 of individuals in jails and prisons in the US. It's time for individual States to step up to the plate.
