    NorCal's incoming storm looks stunning on satellite as it approaches the coastline. This will be the beginning of a parade of storms that will begin to impact California over the next week, with each system getting progressively stronger.

    Pretty incredible to see so many individual fires popping up in the Santa Cruz Mountains in *mid-January*. Some of these are likely re-kindles within CZU Complex lightning fires from this past summer, but others are entirely new & in different locations.
