Transport Secretary Chris Grayling repeatedly refuses to confirm to
@CathyNewman how many businesses formally bid for £14m No Deal Brexit ferry company contract – before government's decision to award it to firm with no ships. Full interview#c4news 7pm pic.twitter.com/uKTCnHjXdX -

@Channel4News is the only significant broadcaster to go on a deep dive into the#SeaborneFreight debacle, and they're doing an incredible job of exposing every dark corner. Top drawer journalism.#c4news -
'It's time to for us to discuss Chris Grayling. A man with the body of Donald Trump and the IQ of a roll of Sellotape, seeing him in a hi-vis jacket is as much reason to despair as spotting lumps in the groin: a sure sign that something is amiss.'

Nationalise the railways. Subsidise the buses. Privatisation means transport is run for the benefit of the shareholders, not the passengers, so it is the problem, you twat.

Chris Grayling makes "no apology" for supporting a UK startup company. Has there ever been another example of an unproven startup getting a multi million pound Gvt contract? Ever?

On
#SeaborneFreight due diligence, last night Chris Grayling told@cathynewman on#c4news: "We've done detailed work on their financial & on their operational plans. I want this service to run. This isn't something that's been plucked from thin air." pic.twitter.com/ro1YX90sIw

Gove gave dire warnings to the farming community that a no-deal Brexit would mean: tariffs on beef and lamb products of up to 40% would be the grim but inescapable fact.
#c4news Didn't put that one on a bus. & to think farmers voted for this. -
Thank God for
@Channel4News who yet again stand alone in their exemplary investigative journalism this time over#SeaborneFreight - Channel 4 news goes where Sky and the BBC seem afraid or unwilling to go.#C4News -
I think we came out of that alright.

The government's no-deal Brexit 'plans' are as dishonest and shit as the promises the likes of Boris Johnson and David Davis made about Brexit. This is a dangerous mess - and costing every family in the UK a lot of money for many years to come.

Enjoying
#c4news a lot lately. Yesterday interviewed Grayling who confirmed their due diligence with ferry company was robust, despite no ships. Tonight broke the story that same ferry company had no contracts to use ports. -
Grayling blames the workers. Of course he does. He is unchallenged. Why does
#c4news let him get away with that? -
Well, I step away from the keyboard for a few hours & what do I find?
#SeaborneFreight, which has no ferries & no harbour (it hasnt been dredged) & a kid who made their website, also has *no contracts* with either Ramsgate or Ostend...(#C4News) Yet is still defended by Tory Govt. -

£114M lottery winners ~ wonder if they'd like to organise channel brexit disaster preparations?

#c4news Around the world we are supporting these dictators that are suppressing their people, the people fight back, get slaughtered & flee & we then complain about a few that manage to escape & risk their lives coming to the West to try & make lives for them & their families!! -
Yes, but we keep thinking it's peak Grayling and then he pulls another massive act of incompetency out of the hat and hits another height.

Has Chris Grayling resigned yet?
