  8. Another day, another ramp that didn’t materialise. 3 out of 5 trips to London this week have resulted in this - me stuck on a empty train hoping that a kind stranger will alert the staff to bring a ramp. This is why we need for all trains and platforms.

    Booked assistance so the guard would know to get me on the train. Guard had no idea, nearly missed me, nearly left me on the platform. Again. Booked with , this stretch the now defunct Northern.

    It's a shame and didn't do this with the AT300 (IET) before they were built. It'd have resulted in a product that was more accessible for everyone. Well done to Talgo for thinking of us!

    too many failures to count. Last year I didn't take a single train journey, because the year before, I'd been let down by assistance on every single journey. I now try and avoid the train at all costs but it means missing out on so much.

    I had assistance at Kings Cross refuse to bring the ramp at the last minute (having said they would and after I had been waiting for 20 minutes). I had to rush to the platform and get man on ticket barrier to help me get on. Assistance wanted me to wait another half hour.

    Havent travelled by train for a while but used to have loads of problems getting help to get off. Often had to ask other passengers for help

    Regularly find that there is no one to meet me to assist with disembarking at Paddington & Euston stations despite pre booking.

    had a few mainly by tpexpress , booked assistance as per norm and it never turned up, the lady argued I hadn't booked any and was a right grump, I even showed her the email, she also then never checked it with destination so wasnt there either or on way back
