    While peddle misinformation & lies, saying the average cost to leaseholders for the is £9000, this report shows that costs of just interim measures, none of which are funded, are far greater than £9000, & will bring ruin on many innocent victims.

    The only figure that we as innocent leaseholders deserve is 100% funding, no loopholes, no barriers, no deadlines.

    [1/2] There have been recent reports suggesting that our £5 billion investment in remediating unsafe buildings will only cover 10% of the total cost. This figure is unsubstantiated and the reports are unreliable and unhelpful.

    Just incredible! Punished for starting works too early! So, each leaseholders taking loans for up to £35,000 each. How does this protect leaseholders. It doesn't! We are the soft targets!

    A reminder that when we asked for a judicial review as to why we were excluded from the building safety fund and left to sign up to loans for up to £35,000, said that it was a deliberate decision… Why? Our work started ‘too early’

    As a shared owner (so 70% renter), I don't feel protected at all, . In fact, the is bleeding me dry, and that's even before the remediation bills. and then you can start bragging about "protecting renters".
