#britishairways having paid for upgrade & window seat BA fail to deliver seat and now I am left bad seat, and still paying as always no customer service and all at my expense. BA terrible service to exec members. No come back on BA the worlds worst airline. -
In September a booking I made with
@British_Airways was cancelled and refunded for no reason. I found out 3 weeks later when checking my bank statement.#BritishAirways blamed my bank. The bank denied all responsibility. I complained and raised a SAR with both.Prikaži ovu nit -

It is a shame, because flying BA used to be a pleasure. They now compete pretty well on price with other budget airlines, but the quality of service has really suffered. Their response after a truly appalling flight was so off-hand has to be worse than useless.

Entered a BA Lounge at Terminal 5 Clud and there was a Cockroach they didn’t take it seriously and I was mortified in a Club Lounge at their Flagship home. As a Worldwide frequent flyer not even BA customer services took it seriously.
