    Last year I was so close to losing someone to suicide... Thankfully they got the help they needed so as a way to celebrate the fact they are still in my life I am taking on my biggest challenge yet, whilst raising money for wish me luck! 😬

  16. Night 1 of Marathon training was a real shock to the system. 4 miles, 40 minutes. Quads gave out far before my cardio, so I know what to work on. Road running is so different to anything I’ve ever done. But onwards I go, 5 miles next week.
