    Quite fancy £14bn. I don’t own any boats, but I’ve done the Dover to Calais trip as a passenger a few times, my lounge over looks a canal so I see boats most days and I once steered a yacht back into a harbour on holiday, so I think I’m qualified. ⚓️🌊
