    I was an Army Recruiter from '99-'09. I had a lot of young patriotic-minded individuals with justifiable fear, contemplating their decision to join. I would tell them that the hardest thing about joining was making a decision. Once they did, things were so much easier.

    The mayor’s banning of all Nike products from the Kenner city recreation facilities is an abuse of power. Mayor E. Ben Zahn III is letting his own personal feelings affect his citizens’ liberty. For a country loving freedom, this mayor appears to be against it.
