    Today: -woke up early nice & smooth, no alarm -ate something before i left the house! 🏆 -went to the DMV 💪 -went to the pharmacy 💪 -pills on time x3 -3 total meals -phone time 5h -bed just after 10 but it’s a stormy night

    Sometimes self care looks like leaving a brewery that’s too loud to go to a cute Greek place for coffee & dessert on a Friday night. Especially when your anxiety’s been climbing all week.

    Today -pills on time -meals (weird timing but 3 of em) -no meltdowns but much anxiety -2 porcupines! -screen time 5hr6m -late bed but it’s okay -too much soul searching lately, heart hurts all the time -errands tomorrow

    Today: -what is sleep? -i can be ready in 20 min -showering is a social suggestion -3 meal times -3 on target pill times -phone time = 5 -saw 1 porcupine -went for a walk -got a job offer -bed by 10 b/c sleep is real, a real thing bodies need... silly brain 🧠💩
