    A6. Even with demographic-targeting, running an ad is very nebulous compared to relational marketing, not knowing who exactly is seeing your ad, how are they interacting with it, what their reaction is. And if you don't see the conversions you were hoping for...

    A6: Truly conscious advertising with empathy and inclusivity is almost always original. When you truly care about the people you're creating for, your finished product is genuine and stands out for that reason alone.

    A7: Automation for routine tasks! Also, a lot of people are seemingly against OOO auto response emails. I think these can be done well if they provide information & direction. Like how to be reached if there's an emergency or who to go to, where to find something, etc.

    A7: Just because it's automated doesn't mean it shouldn't show authenticity, heart, and soul. Storytelling, social proof, and human connection are still needed in an automation to drive conversions (and trust!).

    A5: I measure follower attraction based on content/lead generation posts I've done, organic reach/engagement based on prior month's efforts, leads/sales, etc. I track data monthly and compare to prior months to find trends, as well as predict algorithm changes.

    A6 Bounce Rate from the CTA link. ROI (obviously). Share rate - this is that good viral stuff. If you know me, I prefer not to say "engagement rate" because likes are so controversial. Its double-tapping that button that does nothing. Shares are the true way to go

    Try to keep the interaction as public as possible. Only take it private if it's a matter of private data needing to be exchanged, of if the conversation is becoming toxic.

    A4: I specialize in organic marketing, even for social. However, paid ads can be used to drive traffic for a specific campaign goal / audience. Know your audience inside out when paying for ads so you can be competitive in bid prices.

    A6 - It really depends on your business. For some it works to email every single day, we've noticed we get the best engagement if we limit our numbers to a maximum of two or three a week, and our community likes it short and simple, just the facts and what it means
