    Good Morning, For the second day in a row, Bangkok and the conurbations have woken up to abysmal air quality.

  3. The sun is rising but it’s still dark due to the dense smog this morning in Greater Bangkok. Where I am in Paknam, the live AQI reading is 200 which is very unhealthy

  4. Students at BMA schools in will get another holiday on at least Wednesday & Thursday due to the worsening crisis. Construction sites also have to close down for 3 days. ♦️กทม.สั่งปิดโรงเรียนหนีฝุ่น 26-27 ก.พ.

    Bangkok suffers as P.M 2.5 levels reach unsafe levels. Low winds and no rain means that the city could see unhealthy smog until the end of the year, according to the Thai Meteorological Department

    Kudos to international schools directly disobeying orders from the Ministry of Education to close today/yesterday. A great calling card for ultra-competitive schools looking to encourage students to be critical thinkers and good leaders. Keep rebelling.

    This dust pollution & Prayut government doing ABSOLUTELY nothing is MADNESS . Non-assistance to person in danger is a crime in certain countries. Think of our kids!

  12. Today is a for students at BMA schools in . Ironically, the situation started to improve yesterday at around 6pm when the wind direction changed and today is actually a lot better, though still unhealthy for sensitive groups

  13. 10:45am It looks like the wind has changed direction and the air quality in districts in Eastern Bangkok and Samut Prakan province have improved. However, much of Bangkok remains “very unhealthy”. The BMA has ordered all of their schools to cancel outdoor activities
