    Uber charging $105 from Downtown Vancouver to Richmond. This is $35 by a legit taxi. They undercut when business slow, and price gouge when you need a ride most. Not a level field at all. Enjoy deregulated Uber cab service. Why cabs are regulated!

  4. Was just told that the hospital in Merritt B.C kicked my 95 year old Grandpa out after a Chinese tour bus pulled off the Coquihalla and dropped two people off that were sick and drove off. Neither spoke english, the hospital had to find a translator. 😐

    Over the last 15 years teacher workloads have changed significantly. More complex classes and changes to classrooms and curriculum has caused many teachers I know to reduce their work load moving from full time to part time. Retaining + Recruiting teachers takes $.
